The cylinders and reed valves both look good. I think I’m gonna continue with disassembly to check for any more damage. Assuming I don’t find any I’m gonna put it back together and hope for the best..
So I figured a good way to “cut my teeth”on HVAC would be converting the AC in my 68’ 300. I’m using this guide Converting to 134a - Mopar | Original Air Group after pulling the rear fitting off I saw the EPR valve was in pieces.. being curious I pulled the heads off and there was a small copper...
My check valve was bad so I replaced it with a OE one that tested ok. That still did not solve the problem i’m getting power to the dash switch but not to the blower I have two switches and they both test the same high auto/high DEF work but low auto/DEF does not (assuming that’s because I...
With the weather finally warming up in NW, PA I’m starting to work on my 72 imperial project again. And the next big hurdle in my way is HVAC, I want to keep the rv2/auto-temp ii system if possible. But long story short I figured the best place to start is getting the blower motor working. I...

The main thing is going to be the heater core. But I figured while I have it out I might as well go over it and check everything else out and clean it up.
I’m about to take on the task of rebuilding the auto-temp ii heater box in my 72 imperial and I was just wondering if anyone had any diagrams or tips about the process.
Thanks!
