Welder by trade, we run miller dynasties, stick weld, tig, aluminum tig, mig with the right setup. I love them, so much more control then the older machines. For backyard welding, the older machine work great, but when your welds are getting xrayed, I like to be able to fine tune what I need.

I am making a fuel tank out of stainless as I plan on putting in a fuel pump for a holley sniper system(more to come on that, 383 stroked). If I can not get my hands on enough ss, I plan on using 16 gauge carbon steel which I have unlimited access to. I am a welder by trade so I am not worried...

The inside is also done on my manifolds. I had a buell back in the day and had the exhaust header coated by Jet Hot, it blued almost instantly.

I will not swear by it, but I believe I paided 260 for the pair. It was an extra 60 because I had them coated in gray, not black.

I had mine ceramic coated, they claim lower temps. I did not record the exhaust manifold temps before being coated, but after at idle, if I remember, were around 240-260. Around 2500 rpms, I think they were around 330-360 degrees. Stock manifolds on my 383.

Cracked when I bought it. I know I hit my elbow a few times on it while working on the engine.
