Nope.

Haggle Me is a scumbag.
The real owner and seller probably wants 12k and doesn't even know about this ad.

That is about right for a basic 2dr. Custom sedan so I guess the premium is for the State Police connection...

Should say basic sedan at 6K and then double that for the engine.

If I didn't know any better I would say this is one of Rays(Amazinblue) cars but being in Cadillac I don't think so.

You're right Matt..not mine.

my 428-PI cars (except ONE ..which is a 460 now .. a '70 MoHP Merc sedan) are in new homes. just the Mopars and the "Enforcer" (Lemans) left.

I did have one similar though..a ,'67 Sedan (our very own member TNT Trooper has nicest '67 428-PI Interceptor I have ever seen) and then the two '69 428-PI cars (a sedan and a coupe).

The off white one parked in front of the storage building looks familiar, do you recall who bought it?

The exterior is "New Lime". This car left the USA and person still owns it (and a couple others I had).

Not saying you didnt see it. here's a few more pics to help confirm if its the one you saw.

some truth in this...the engine (the 428-PI with different air/fuel induction) was used in 1967 Shelby Mustang GT-500.

http://www.mustangandfords.com/feat...rd-mustang-shelby-gt500-eight-barrels-of-fun/

case in point. I had a guy offer me $25,000 for my Interceptor IF I took out and shipped the engine and transmission to him. couldnt care less about the car itself.

My car didnt sell for anywhere NEAR that amount (well below that in fact)...but I was NOT gonna cut-up, OR with knowledge aforehand, participate in the destruction of an original, highly-documented Interceptor (two owners before me, one being the department that bought it new in 1966) from this era.

so you know what the guy wanted the engine for...a 1967 Shelby restoration that was missing its original powertrain. I understood the man's logic for such a high dollar car like the first Shelbys. but i couldn't go there with him in good conscience.

he then called me a buncha unflattering names not fit publication here and disappeared like "flattulence in the wind"..the stench of the encounter lingered a bit then faded away :icon_lol:

My mission in life would be complete if I denied an ******* something he wanted as bad as that.
Good move!
