Classic Industries have them with or without speaker cutouts.

No, not that I have seen. Hard to find any repop body parts for it. I think there is a company making a fiberglass one but I would have to check as I can't really remember which one. There is a guy on this site with one for sale from Arizona.

Made a mistake on the supplier for this item. It's actually Legendary Interiors. I have the catalogue and it's listed but in case you can't find the part number, give them a call because it crosses over to another model of the same year.
