The 1968 Sport Fury has bucket seats and both of the seats have a release lever on the right side, so it appears I have 2 passenger seats. Is it possible to switch the lever to the other side for the driver’s seat?

Likely more difficult than one might think.
You'll need to leave a hole in the seat cover where the latch button used to be, and cut a new one on the other side.
As well, I don't know if the catches and release mechanisms are a mirror image - if so, you'll have to find it or modify what you have now and swap it all over too.
Sounds like a PITA can'o'worms to me.

thanks for looking, I was thinking maybe chrysler made a frame that could be used either way to save cost. im not worried about leaving a whole since it will be recovered in time, just want to make sure I have all the correct parts first.
