That looks like the original alternator in your car. A first year and one year only component. You might want to keep that for your car. A later single pole alt, (to 69) will direct swap.

I thought the alt looked kinda strange? The part # 2095191 is that correct? I thought it was 2095000 for 61 alt?
It's kinda strange that it has Manuel trans,no power steering or brakes,but A/C?

Right now it has a late 60s 383 in it. The original 383 is gone.
I just got a 61 imperial 413. My plans are to put a 61 413 in it with a Xram.
That plan could change if I find a good 61 383

That car is something special. I applaud you for saving it. With all the hype over the popular Mopars its very refreshing to see one of the less popular styles get some attention. Its options are off the chart. Have you tried to research the owner it was biilt for?

The original owner had just passed away just recently. I should have visited him in the hospital.
I thought it might be kinda weird a stranger asking a bunch questions about a car he owned and lost to code enforcment to pay outstanding hospital bills.
Then again he may have been able to answer the many questions I have about the car.

Yes you sure do have two very rare 61s!! Keep posting pictures of both, Makes me want to finally find a 61 of my own! This wagon is just up the road but pretty far gone!
