Is there any front big brake kits for -69 c-bodies.
4-6 piston caliper and disc what fit inside 17-18" wheels.

Wilwood kits are way too expensive. Mostly would like to know diy Brembo caliber and some big 320-340mm x 25-30mm disc combos made to fit fuselage C-body with orignal disc brakes.

Wilwood are some of the most affordable pro tour brakes on the market. The middle of the road 6 piston kit for $1150 is a total bargain. Maybe you could piece together this and that for less but I swear by Wilwood for ease of install, bang for the buck, and tech support. Unless you plan on installing a complete Firm Feel Suspension kit and 335's on the rear you don't need "pro tour 6 pistons" Otherwise just do a basic "scare bird" conversion if you're on a budget.

At EU there is lots of Brembos at Ebay, from VW, Seat, Audi, Porsche etc
And im not making a canyon carver, but i like good brakes and hitting curve without "YAARRRR rope urselfs to seats, throw the anchor and take ur seasick pills" :)
Would love to do few laps here before brakes totally fade away. Yes i know C-bodies are heavy, but so is all current Audis, BMWs etc...

I've been thinking about doing the front brake conversion also. My Newport has big ll in drums all the way around. They'll stop the car ok, but once or twice during a panic stop (idiots in front of me) I got a little bit of a scare. Rather not do that again. The only thing that has stopped me was the combination of "price & installation complexity". Now it doesn't look all that terrible to retrofit (esp. the ECI kit) and price seems to not be so bad either. If anyone has done it (more like those who HAVE done it) I'd love to see an over all progression of how the retrofit went.
(nevermind, found a thread, lol)

Gary, Raybestos Professional Grade Rotors are down to fifty bucks at RockAuto!
At that price, WhyTH would anybody do an aftermarket conversion?

Hmm....yeah, I do see that..nice. So I grab the rotors; but I'm gonna need the other stuff as well (calipers, pads, hyd. brake hose, other misc. parts)....I guess I can ferret all that stuff out through other vendors?

I can only say is that I know which route would go.
Add it all up. Plus it's OEM style plug n play.
Don't you have enough problems? lmao...
