That's where I'm at, it looks like it's not real bright. The silver and black can be painted easily...but the chrome...

That may be, but the domes and lack of chrome means that they are 70 Rallye road wheels as has been said before.

Scratch the paint. You will find chrome under the paint in the area around the slots, I think.
