The horn in my 66 Polara stopped working. I am guessing that the steering column needs to be grounded to the body, but where?
It was always a little unreliable but now it's completely dead.
If I clip a jumper wire to the lead under the horn button an touch the other end to the shifter or anything on the dash the horn blows.
Can someone point me in the right direction.
I won't pass state RMV inspection without a horn.
