Is tilt/tele column always rim blow steering wheel?
Is there anyway to swap like Tuff style steering wheel?
And if not, what is the problem? Horn?

If my understanding of a rim blow wheel is correct than my car doesn't have rim blow.

Yep forgot. Talking about fuselage columns. Unless ->68 fits into 69?

I have one, I'll have to dig it out and check if there are any part numbers, but I've see them on eBay.

Asked Grant Wheels... answer was. "Good morning, you may use kit 4313 and any grant wheel." Well we will see. :)

I know for a fact that you can't put a Grant steering wheel on a Formal with a T&T column. No Grant adapter available. I'm 99% sure you can't with a Slab & Fuse too.

Slabs used a Saginaw column which is GM. Most of the hard parts should swap ie if they make a wheel adapter for a similar year Olds 98 but don't list it for a Mopar, it should still work.

Don't know who made the columns for Fuseys or Formals.

Grant makes an adapter that provides the slot for the telescoping lever for a slab?

I am pretty sure the only rim blow wheels were in the tilt only or tilt & telescope steering wheels available as an option in all C bodies from 1970 - 1973. I believe all Imperials got a rim blow wheel standard though. These were made by GM's Saginaw Division. I am not so sure whether any Formals had the rim blow wheels, but I don't think so. Maybe a Formal owner can comment on this.

The cornering lights on my '67 are run through the turn signal switch so I would assume the same for the next generation.

I remember vaguely going to see the new Dodges with my late father in April 1974. There was a golden brown Royal Monaco 2d HT, loaded with options. If I remember correctly, it had a RimBlow wheel.
