Yea hopefully it isn't something too catastrophic I mean it sounds really bad when I was driving it so hopefully I can get it fixed. Yea I have the flex plate for the 360, I pulled it out over a motorhome so I held on to it I would've taken the trans aswell but it had the hump on it and wouldn't fit
Yea I'm hoping it's still able to be rebuilt that'd be my plan maybe I'll drop in my 360la at the same time I'm not sure yet. Unfortunately I have to go out of town for work the rest of this month so it's basically gonna sit until then. I'll update when I really dig in to what the issue is.
Well I went to drive my car today to see how it was gonna run so I can get new ujoints got 2 min down the road and started make loud metal scraping noise so I pulled over to see if I chucked the drive shaft but it was still there so I idled home because if I go over 5-10mph it makes loud...
Yea I jacked the car up and when I rotate the tires the front ujoint clicks so I'm gonna drop the drive shaft and replace both ujoints tomorrow see if that's the issue
My 66 fury is my daily driver the other day I was stopped at a red light I'm going to turn green and I started to go it was like it revved before it kicked into first gear and it clumped into it and it was noise like metal scraping so I pulled over looked underneath no issues no leaking so I got...

So since I've been using the fury is a daily driver it's been running good the only thing I have that comes into question is the carburetor for some reason if I'm at stop like a red light when I go to gas it when it turns green it'll bog out at first and I have to keep my foot on the gas to get...

Another day another 120 miles. So far so good running as a daily driver putting an average of 80 to 150 miles a day. The poly 318 gets about 15 or 16 mpg so its not hurting the wallet all that much just thought I'd post an update.
