Oh man. I love your Fury looks just the way it is. Your car the way it is, is a wish list car for me. Save your money and improve the brakes and suspension and enjoy the ride.
What a beauty. Congratulations on your new baby. The white wall size you have now looks pretty good, but from the original photos the white walls were a bit wider. Not full on 50s wide.
Are you selling the part from a business? If not, I don't think I would open that can of worms with customs. You are just sending an old part to a friend that needs it.

Power steering bracket looks like it might need some attention, the PS belt might be a bit long and it is rubbing the fan pulley. Use a stethoscope to go around the engine to find that squeak. I think the squeak is in the pulleys or brackets. The engine exhaust sounds ok.
My 2 to 4 bbl swap 20000 miles still going strong. First pic is with a Holley demon the Thermoquad knock off. Second is the current setup with Thermoquad. I can't believe I have put so many miles on the old wagon.
I am all for performance upgrades, as long as they start with brakes, suspension and steering. Then sort out the drive line for safe reliable use. The car will feel faster and be faster with a great handling suspension and brake system. After that build a good low rpm torque engine, 1000 to 5000...
