I wouldn’t rule out reusing your original. Get it out, clean it up and lather it up with some Fast Orange hand cleaner for a few days. That stuff will soften it up. You could also call Murray Park in Ohio as he may have some good used if for some reason yours isn’t saveable.

What he’s saying in addition to his fan/shroud recommendation you should make sure all the areas surrounding the radiator are blocked off so that the air has nowhere else to go but through the radiator.
I’ve never been a watcher of these videos or any videos for that matter that aren’t directly helping me do something I might not have done before. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted and that’s all most of these vidoits do with their regurgitated info.

I also didn’t concur with there being more single snorkel air cleaners for the 440 than what the parts book states.
I currently have 2 ‘67 Imps so I’m well aware of what they look like and I also have a couple of spare ‘67 air cleaners from Imperials.
Without having looked at any reference materials accept the ‘67 parts book I will say I don’t recall seeing a short round single snorkel air cleaner on a 440...
