Started tearing down the ac system to clean it out and convert it to r134a today. I order that parts for this last summer and finally opened the box for the dryer. It doesn’t seem to match up fully with the old one. Got the new one from rock auto only has one port on the side where the old one...
trying to figure out what converter was in that truck. Couldn’t find anything out but figured I would ask the old men. Has a stamping on with 504 and then ag1304h (came back as the ring gear) I figure it should work for the wagon application but wanted to double check with everyone.
Well my silly little 20 year old brain decoded the fender tag when I got it 2 years ago. D34 said light duty trans and I just ASSUMED that was a 904 but after looking at it…. I think it’s a 727

Yeah it’s a non lock up. And if I was a smart man I would build a small block but my realization lately is I’m a bit of a masochist. I probably should just go through the 904 and get it working
