There is a simple tool for removing the trim then get yourself some piano wire and a couple pair of vice grips and cut it out . It's what we did when I worked in a salvage yard after high school . Just my humble opinion . Hap .

Hi everyone , hope all is well . Made a little progress on the 300 today after fighting off the crud for the last couple weeks . Most of the work is done underneath , new trans lines are in , shift linkage is hooked back up , wiring to the transmission is hooked up , did an eyeball alignment on...

I wouldn't be concerned , it actually looks like a pretty solid car to me . Looks like someone coated it with undercoating and has some surface rust . Clean the rockers back up and undercoat it again . Just an idea . Hap .

Dump the cylinders full of Marvel Mystery Oil and let it sit for a week or so . Put a breaker bar on it and work it back and forth . If you can get it to move at all , it will free up . If not , another member mentioned a block of wood and BFH . Good luck .

Hi everyone , little progress to report . Body man wants to get the subframe and motor in , said he was painting the firewall and jambs . He seems to think it will be easier putting it in all at once so I dropped the motor and trans into the subframe . The plan is to put the car back together...
