Your right, but we use another measurement for alcohol. It's 0.3 per mille blood alcohol for example in Germany. If you have alcohol in your breath it has to be verified by a blood test which is absolutely accurate.
I've been in Edinburgh about...2008??? Hadn't had much money in those days. Now iam going to enjoy the roads an whiskys.
They allow 0.8 alcohol while driving ;)

- black: three front speakers
*i'am aware of the fact, that there are radios with more cabels. But qou know...not easy to find a good one out there. So i'am fine...
