I'm changing the Differential fluid on my 1977 NYB. It is equipped with a 440 and has a 12 bolt cover. I wondering if it needs a friction additive. Also, I do not see any spider gears inside. Instead there are some springs. What type of differential did they use on the NYB?

Dave, Thanks for the advice. I think you are right. Once shipping is added in it's not feasible. If the car was closer so that I could see it in person I might make a different decision. However, I will pass on this one. Thanks for the help.
