This sounds crazy but that looks like an A-body spindle / knuckle as used with the bigger brakes on those models, or perhaps a B-body. It appears they grafted a different model ball joint on the control arm to fit. They used 3 different size threaded ball joints which corresponded to the A-B-C...

The fender tag doesn't seem to match the car, perhaps the inner fenders were changed out at some point? Among other things, the tag appears to show a light blue metallic paint car without vinyl top, blue bucket interior, console, 440 TNT, & disc brakes, all that don't seem to apply to the car...

It's been a while but if I recall the wires are still there but you'll need to add the bulb sockets. Personally if the fender signals work correctly you really don't need the dash ones, not worth the bother. You'll need the wiring diagram in the service manual- Service Manuals – MyMopar
