    Whitewalls with poverty caps - pics?

    My old TNT Newport came from the factory with painted wheels, whitewalls, & the rare Chrysler caps. I really liked the looks. It also had power windows & seats. It was special ordered by a farmer in Fargo, ND.

    Here's a couple of 1968 Monaco 500s on this site that have the belt molding code but no molding. Perhaps they just spun a roulette wheel to decide whether to install.
