Neat car! I suppose they call it a Windsor, as the name of a Canadian city appeals to Canadians, whereas the U.S. version, Newport, named for a city in Rhode Island would not be as appealing.

My Hollander Wheel Cover ID and Interchange manual shows this as a 14" wheel cover for 1967-68 Chrysler 300, PN 2823045 (obs.)

Thanks for this info. It's from a '67-68 2-dr. fast top and doesn't fit a '65.
