Here's the dealer letter regarding the A/C special package A07 package and availability.

This also helps illustrate as to how options in a package could vary by sub model. What options a Polara with A07 received may or may not be the same as a Monaco with A07.

Without looking at the letter, I'm suspecting that some of the things the A07 package included on the Polara were already standard on the Monaco? End result, the upgraded Polara was more equipment-even with the Monaco, which the salesperson could point out to the customer. Nicer equipment level without all fo the glitz of the higher-level Monaco, at not much more cost on the Polara.
