Our old girl, I have all the chrome trim… but no clips to hold any of it on
Suggestions?

So I don't think that Monaco convertibles were made in the USA, therefore that must be a Canadian built car, and I don't know 100% if yours is configured to be like a std USA Monaco or a Monaco 500 in terms of moldings. I do see a V8 emblem; which might indicate Monaco 500. I can't see if there are studs for moldings in the belt line above the door handles (regular Monaco has these; whereas a Monaco 500 does not have the upper trim). I only have access to the parts book for a USA built car.

If this is like a USA Monaco 500 2 door hardtop molding wise:

Fender (lower) Retainer: 2 qty 6002 352 Retainer: 2 qty 6002 292
Door (lower): Retainer 12 qty 6001 642 Retainer: 2 qty 6001 675
Rear quarter (lower): Retainer 6 qty 6002 341

I don't see any holes for the narrow belt-line trim. So either they were filled in or the car never had that trim. I'd like to see which style tail lights the car has. The front grill has a Polara-style center grill, which is common for all Canadian Monaco's - except possibly for Monaco 500. Car has a conole with bucket seats so that would point to it being a 500.

Can you post a pic of the fender tag? Have you ever looked for the build sheet?

Is there any solid info as to when a Canadian '67 Monaco (built in Canada for sale in Canada) came with correct Monaco front grill and tail lights? Like what option package or combination of packages?

Are there any holes anywhere on the sides of the car for the trim? (There should be some). I made my own retainers for the belt-line trim.

Is this the car? It has what must be an incorrect configuration - Polara front grill with Monaco tail lights. Nothing wrong with that, but just FYI.

383 2-bbl. Was originally painted black. W6 (remind me - that is made in Canada? Or made in Canada for US export?)

W6 is made for canadian consumption. I'd assume it was built in Windsor, and should have the made in Canada tag in the door jamb. I'd also " assume" it's a 500 with the console.

im assuming its a monaco 500 and you are looking for clips for the wide lower body trim ?

there's a couple of us here in victoria with c bodies..........

you can also try R/T Specialties - Mopar Fasteners, Clips & Hardware

Yes,that’s our car. My wife’s family was thinking of selling it originally but then decided they wanted it to stay in the family.
I’m the only gearhead so they gave it to us to put it back on the road.
The family will be able to use it when they visit

Mopar Man, everything that I find says 383 was painted god awful green in 67…
The car came with several grills… I assume the old guy used this one because it was the best one. Since he isn’t around to ask…
