I thought it was Monaco convertible that was Windsor only. A dash pic would confirm US build.

In 1966 (and 67) the VIN is in the door jamb, as seen in the photo above. Plant is Belvedere (7'th digit in the VIN).

Yes, a photo of the dash would show actual Monaco / Polara instrument cluster, not Fury.
