Thanks guys, drove it home Friday 2 hrs without incident. previous owner removed the wiper motor due to the dreaded common issue, but unless hidden in the car somewhere they lost the pivot arm that connects it to the trans, found-em on fleabay although a little pricy.

I would highly recommend keeping it in an inside storage though IF its not already, it just looks tooo nice to let it sit outside.
