Wow, looks almost exactly like the '71 300 my parents owned! Brings back lots of memories!
 
Down to $8500 in case anyone is interested.

I seriously doubt it's a 1-owner car. Most likely they got it from the guy that got it from the guy that bought it from the original owner's family.
The passenger-side lower quarter panel looks like it's painted black?
And looks like the description has changed a little bit since it was first posted.

Probably a car that needs a visual before buying.

It seems to have sold since I do not see the listing any longer..............................someone got a nice car. If someone here decided to go for it, please let us know your plans.
 
My thoughts exactly. It has begun it's process of rusting back into the earth.
I'm not sure which is worse for rust, Tennessee or Indiana? I assume Indiana due to cars I have had from that state vs. cars I have had from Tennessee.
