You could talk to Legendary again to see if they can do anything for you but if really sure that is the way it came and you want to pay, go see an upholster about getting the black insert into the seat.

Double check with SMS as that might have changed when I did mine.

You can always go darker when you choose the dye, you cannot go lighter. You will do fine.

I used these people last year for my '79 Dodge Magnum speedo converting it to a Police certified unit. He rebuilt it and I got a new cable also. Speedometer Service of Milw providing speedometer solutions

White lithium grease is what I used on my '79 Dodge Magnum last year. But equally important is the comparison of the speedo cable. Mine upon close inspection found a small part of the tip of the cable going to the speedometer broke off. Thus, the replacement must be slightly longer to work...

Before you go to this level...as always start simple....try spraying electrical contact cleaner inside the switch. You would be surprised what is built up in there for decades.

There is no electrical pump attached or near the jiffy jet washer bag. The switch is fairly high off of the floor so I would say vacuum.

My '59 Imperial has the washer foot switch. It is 1" round that is white vinyl color and about four inches off the floor. It is not floor mounted but under dash mounted.
