Thanks, I was sure the door key and trunk key were the round and only Ignition was the Pentastar. Guess I remembered that wrong. Thanks for the reminder. Neither key will go past halfway in the doors but round key opened the trunk fine. Will try again this week. Thanks a bunch for the intel.

I was able to identify this cylinder by model and year. None of my locks work well anymore with any of the original or recut keys. 200k miles. So, I got new locks and keys for everything. One key for ignition and doors, one key for trunk and glove box. With spares. $50.

Just in case you're not aware; from this era, Chrysler used two different keys: one for the doors and ignition, and one for the trunk and glovebox.

Well the seat bottom was missing already and I pulled seat back to look in the trunk for keys or seat backs.... I'll pull the panel. I wasn't sure about getting it off with the door closed.

Glad you found your keys! FWIW, a locksmith can come to your car, read your locks, and cut keys on the spot. I had to have that done a few years ago when I locked the keys in the trunk. I've since made several copies and have them in both of my dailies.

If you send me the door lock cylinders and ignition lock cylinder, I can key them all the same. Maybe on the trunk lock. Some parts are not available for them, but, I can give it a good try. They should all fit in a USPS flat rate box $10.40 each way the last time I checked. PM me if interested.

The ignition switch or column was probably changed at one time. Both my 66 and 70 have matching ignition and door keys and the trunk is different. (round key)

Assuming it still has the original lock cylinders, does the door lock key also operate the ignition? How about the trunk?
