My 1975 Imperial with the Autotemp II system only runs in the low fan speed.

I purchased a 1975 Imperial a few weeks ago and have repaired several small items so far such as window motors, clock, radio, and a/c compressor. I now get cold air from the autotemp II unit but only the low fan speed.
