Sending unit is probably bad. I don’t know where’s the best place to get a replacement, but I suspect others will chime in on a source. You may also check the ground at the sending unit. It’s usually a clip that spans the hose between the sending unit and fuel line.

The fuel gauge in my 68 fury is usually on E but sometimes around corners will jump to 1/4 or more and slowly goes back to E. What do you guys think is haywire. Thanx Frank
