    69 polara trunk mat

The carpet mat might not be correct for the Polara, but I would do it as it does not trap moisture under it. From normal temperature swings, over time. If they just sliced the mat, that would be easy to put some Gorilla tape on the back to keep things together. If they actually cut slots...

Steering wheel wants to turn right while idling, steering gear adustment or front-end alignment?

Maybe the other box is good to go and will fix the problem without disassembly.

Steering wheel wants to turn right while idling, steering gear adustment or front-end alignment?

Ok thanks for that. I see there is just one knuckle (PN 2269129) for the slab C-bodies with front drums (no left / right PN) so I can rule out a left-right mixup here. And one other thing - I have radials on the front now, I did have biased up to the frame swap, I don't remember if my first...

    69 polara trunk mat

My original is a plaid pattern vinyl mat. I like the idea of the black carpeted one, I guess it was only on the Monaco? So the conv. mat would fit, it's just cut in a different place?

Steering wheel wants to turn right while idling, steering gear adustment or front-end alignment?

"If the wheels are turned left or right, they basically want to turn even more to the left or right instead of trying to straighten out. Is this normal?" -Not normal. "I'm also trying to understand if the fenders should rise and fall depending on where exactly their tire is pointed, and if this...

    69 polara trunk mat

As the basic floorpan might be the same, where the spare tire is stowed would be different on convertibles. Which would relate to the slices for flaps to go under the spare tire mounting brackets on "the hump" between the wheels. Plus the new slices for where the spare tire mounts on the flat...

I may have turned to the dark side...

I have something from every American car manufacturer. My 68 300 (of course), 2015 Ford F150, a Chevy Bolt (my daily) and a Tesla Y (wife’s car). Love driving all of them, but the 300 is the one that gets the compliments. Give it some time…. You’ll enjoy driving the ‘71 again.

    8th Annual C Body Show - June 22nd

They will fit great on your car! I think. 245/615 up front, I know they are 255/70/16 out back. I like them, but I can't wait to go back to slots. I can check the back spacing tomorrow.
