Outside Remote mirrors in 1958?

mini starter fit issue
Take the black plastic piece off, it's meant for a small block. If it still hits after that's removed, there's an adapter that's on eBay for like $16.00.- LocuMob

mini starter fit issue

Greetings and question about Imperial 59 start-up!
Check the cables and connectors. Those -50 starters are way underpowered when compared to later ones. My parents -59 dodge had similar issues which were mostly fixed with thick new cables and connectors (starter and block ground wire). Use atleast 50mm^2 cable for the starter. mini starter fit issue
If I recall right, that insulator thingie was basically used to relocate and reposition the connection posts and can be removed altogether. Or thats how I remember my starter had (5.9 magnum starter for a dodge truck). After removal, you can connect starter cables to the posts closer to starter...- FinFury
