I've been driving the car since March and the tank is half full with fresh 93 octane... Also the tank, fuel lines and filter are all new. That would have been my first thought too, bad gas or sediment.

I'm pretty agnostic with my vehicles over the years. I fell into owning my Fury, it was in my wife's family for a while and when I had a chance to buy it, well that's a no brainer. I did give up a very nice 70 Triumph TR6 to get the Fury, which I miss, but don't regret. I would probably go back...

Ah, I thought they were a factory thing. Couldn't figure out the connection between a two headed chicken with a mouth like Snoopy and a Plymouth Fury. I don't feel so bad about not using them now, thanks!

I'm not using the stock AM, it's just there for looks. I'm installing a hidden amp with Bluetooth and replacing the speakers with dual coil units for stereo. The AM radio just looks a lot better in the dash.

That makes complete sense now that you mention it because it had a complete botch job of an aftermarket radio put in... Which I ripped out the week I got the car and put the stock AM back in the dash. Thank you!

Ok, folks, I have a question. Last week my Fury just died at an intersection. no spark. It had been getting harder and harder to start over the previous few weeks, would have to crank for 10 seconds or more and when it did start I had to hold the throttle and keep the idle up for a minute or so...

Hi All, 1970 Plymouth Fury III convertible. Doing some interior work and noticed that one of the seat track return springs is broken, the other is not far behind. I'm not finding any replacement springs out there except for bucket seats. any recommendations?
