1967 Plymouth fury III hazard light question??

The dash switch can be bench tested easily with a multimeter. I’m sure they can become corroded over the years, especially in damp climates. The flashers do fail over time, they were basically just a bimetallic switch. New replacements are likely electronic. There is no relay, the flasher...

1967 Plymouth fury III hazard light question??

I just fixed my 4-ways on my '67 SF before I put it away for the winter. It's not the one behind the ash tray, that's for the turn signals. The 4-way was taped to the wiring harness beside the fuse box under the dash to the left of the steering column. It has it's own separate freestanding...

just finished my 1969 New Yorker

Congrats on some great work. Love the color & looks superb, so sleek without the vinyl top. The little details like the power seats set it apart. Bravo!

NOT MINE 1970 Plymouth Custom Suburban wagon, triple black 440, $14,500, Laguna Beach CA

It wasn't the U-code 440 but it still had high compression & duals. To me this is kind of the kind of king of1970 Plymouth wagons with the top engine & other options plus it's black. I think it has the potential to appreciate in value, especially since wagons in general seem to have a strong...

Coolant leak on my LA-318 - what are my options?

Both of those bolts go into the water jacket. Would definitely replace the gasket, water can get into the oil there if it's also leaking on other side of gasket. Fortunately not a huge job.

    Clutch Adjuster Rod needs replaced

Finding NOS or used is highly unlikely. I would buy one of the repros that has adequate length & then heat & bend the holed end to the correct angle (if needed). http://www.brewersperformance.com/products.php?cat=100

    No lights.

My best guess from afar is one or more of your quick connects is not making a good connection. I would start with the 10-pin one by the steering column that goes to the turn signal switch, most of your described problems go through this one. Next I would remove the bulkhead connection at the...

    '67 Fury Headlights

When the high beams are on, all 4 headlights light up with the lower ones being the high beams as mentioned. I believe this is different from modern cars that light up independently.

    Factory 4-Speed-C-Body-Photo-Thread

Took a long drive in the '67 today, perfect day, went to a cruise. Have to say this is my favorite C of all time. Have had or driven a decent number of C's of years 65-73, some were really nice, they were all great road cars but none of them put quite the smile on my face as this incredible...
