    70 sfgt white on black

It's @billyfury GT. Star of the show imo. I'm so glad they were able to bring it there! Bill & his son did an amazing job getting it ready for the Tuxedo Display. Notice the aftermarket vinyl top has been removed.

Original style carpet for 1970 300 convertible?

My '65 300L rear carpet. I took this pic before trimming because I was thinking of the convertibles and 4 dr sedans as we've discussed it a bit on here.

I pulled the 383 out of my 66 windsor

IMHO, that's a bad gamble. At least get some plasti-gauge and check a few. Have you checked your ring gap before you started assembling the crank?

Original style carpet for 1970 300 convertible?

I really don't know. The one in my car was from Trim Parts before they closed. I did put a new carpet from ACC in my '65 300L. That carpet had enough extra in the back seat platform (or whatever you would call it) area. The problem has been they didn't give you enough extra to cover the area...

I pulled the 383 out of my 66 windsor

I sourced another bearing local. $30 mistake. I did not check clearance I'm gambling that since the crank is untouched except a polish. It should be good. other than this last rod, they move freely side to side.

I pulled the 383 out of my 66 windsor

What you did was scuff the coating of the bearing. I don't remember you saying what type of bearings you are using. It's probably OK, but I think you may be better off replacing that bearing. I'm actually surprised that it bolted together at all, but since it did, I'd be concerned with how...

    Dream shop....your opinions

My condolences on the loss of your brother. My oldest brother was 48 when he passed, also from cancer. My suggestion is to add a garage door to the rear of the building, opposite one on the front of the building. That would let you pull a trailer straight into a stall and if it's all long...

    70 sfgt white on black

    Another antenna question

My '65 300L has the optional rear mount power antenna. I don't think this option was available as a factory option on the Plymouths and Dodges, but was a dealer installed option. From The 1970 Hamtramck Registry Library Page (1965 - 1969) You can use this site to look at optional...

    Epic Whoops thread.

The Supermarine Scimitar had a 51% accident rate and killed the pilot in its first operational carrier landing with press onboard to record the tragedy. Needless to say only 59 saw active service. Supermarine Scimitar - Wikipedia

    Another antenna question

On Chryslers of that vintage, a power antenna was usually on the rh rr quarter. Placed relative to the total height of the mast on the motor, it seems. If a full-manual antenna, perhaps it was a dealer-installed radio and antenna situation? But the base bezel would need to match the metal...

    1978 New Yorker build thread

I happened upon a Reel on Facebook about a Formal Fury being repurposed as a chicken coop. Cattle panels welded in with a brooder in the trunk. Obviously plenty of room in the car for that. CBODY67

    Front hub dust cap sizes?

Did you also click the "Where to Buy" button to see who might have some you could look at locally? In reality, that listing is "potential" stocking locations, but an inquiry at the indicated auto supply might further indicate availability.

    Another antenna question

Was it an option to have the antenna on placed on the rear fender? I’ve seen one 65 Sporty with it like that. (Midnight Rider, is yours factory?) Different look kinda like it. Thanks, Yooperdan

Sorry to hear about ditching the New Yorker, but repurposing it as a trailer is a fantastic idea! Go for it!
