How many 1970 300 convertibles are left in the USA?

The Automobile Catalog website states "1077" for 1970 Chrysler 300 conv USA production. If you've got three, I wonder who might personally own more (fully operational)? Happy Thanksgiving, y'all! CBODY67

    383 kickdown rod spring

Some applications have the spring on the front and some at the rear, as long as the spring keeps the slotted rod against the pin on the throttle.

How many 1970 300 convertibles are left in the USA?

I have been creating a small, still very partial, database of the 1970 C-body convertibles, building on work started by @polara71 (supported by @Fratzog @fc7_plumcrazy and @71Polara383 among others) for Polaras, @70 Sport Suburban for Furys, and @67valiant 100 (supported by @marko @Samplingman...

How many 1970 300 convertibles are left in the USA?

I love the 70 300 convertibles. It would be awesome if we knew how many were left. I am so fortunate to currently own 3 of them.

The photo was sn example and not exactly what your car should have. All kickdowns that I have seen push back towards the flywheel and are attached to the top of the throttle shaft.

Loving life! 2 years since my 67 Imperial GM full-size Disc Brake upgrade!

I could look around while I’m down in Arizona and find a spindle or if somebody has a spindle I could do a drawing and cut the brackets

Loving life! 2 years since my 67 Imperial GM full-size Disc Brake upgrade!

Hello there no I don’t have a drum car anymore . I’m not in the business to do this. I just did this because I have my Imperial. I’m not sure about the bud calipers. I don’t know cause I’ve never had a newer Imperial than my 67.

Loving life! 2 years since my 67 Imperial GM full-size Disc Brake upgrade!

I don’t think anything after 68 has Budd calipers. My 71 LeBaron has single piston calipers. Have you thought about doing a bracket to mount that GM caliper to a Cbody drum spindle and use the small bearing 11.75 Mopar rotor? The 3" piston would allow you to keep the drum booster which is...

New top installed on the 70 300 Vert

Had a new top installed on the 70 300 vert. It’s a shame the previous owner must have had something under the well and broke the glass. Does anyone make a correct mopar branded top? I’m so blessed to have found this one. One owner 40k miles 300.
