1966 Fury 1 Wagon front end disc brake conversion

Hi all. Thinking about converting the front brakes from drum to disc. Is there any later models that will fit? Or a decent after market kit?

    How many are left?

Oh yeah, that's my style! Love it. Been building a 68 NY had plans to keep it for my forever car but had my dream car fall into my lap so I'm trying to finish this 68 first to sell it and let someone else do what they want to it!

I sold my ‘68 Sport Fury today

IMO it's worth it to sell and then use the funds for the car you really want! The wife and I have been doing much contemplating but really do want to sell the 68 Chrysler to buy my dream 62. It's already in my reach, and I have had my heart set on a 62 for years now. I love my 68! I would keep...

    Tail gate regulator lift motor

Most also have a safety switch that can be bad, prevents the window from working if the tail gate is down.

Like the torque thrusts. 15x7? Someone told me they have 3.75 back space? True? What size tires? Any issues with rubbing? Thanks, Ben

    Tail gate regulator lift motor

What Big John said! I have never spent any time on a tailgate window, as I don't have a wagon, but looking at other posts here, the pw motor looks to be somewhat more robust than the regular window motors, due to the size and weight of the window. I don't know what the regulator looks like, or...

    70 sfgt white on black

This maybe a dumb question, but are they maybe going to do a c-body display next year at the show since it will be 60 years since they made c-bodies in 1965? :poke:. I know they’re not really known as “muscle cars”, but just sayin… they did make a few “muscle car” c-bodies.

    Power steering spool valve adjustment

My gear got messed up without me even touching the spool valve housing. I only monkeyed with it later because that's what your supposed to do when it wants to turn by itself. Later I also changed the o-rings mentioned here, even though I had no leaks from the valve body. I changed them...

I agree that would of been a great fit in for that display, the definition of stylish.

Original style carpet for 1970 300 convertible?

It fits great lengthwise, but the width was a little tricky. That could also be that this was my first carpet install. I had to do a lot of re-adjusting to make sure the carpet would stay under the sill plates.

Loving life! 2 years since my 67 Imperial GM full-size Disc Brake upgrade!

69 was the last year for Budds ...they went to a different, I think Corporate system in 70-73 for the Imperial. It's been decades since I had my 73, so my recollection is fuzzy.

Have a look at this thread: https://www.forcbodiesonly.com/mopar-forum/threads/confused-about-slab-era-upper-control-arm-splash-shield.86970/ And let me know which one of two possible patterns you have on your car currently.

I guess that’s good news on the bear. As far as I know the new owner of my SF will enjoy it as a cruiser.
