    I was thinking maybe it was a primer or something and they left it unfinished because drum brakes hide it but no sign of that green color in the center part of the wheel. It shows up best on the spare tie I originally thought it was only the spare turns out to be all 5 wheels

    Its def a dark green color and a car with drum brakes you probably wouldn't even notice unless you saw it when the car was brand new.

    I dont really have an answer for you, but most of the underside of the body on my '64 Belvedere is a greenish gray color. The car is and was original WW1 white.

    Had two SF and never saw green, always black. Looks like the inside is the same as the engine color. Personally, I would think green would look out of place!

    I took a stiff wire and taped it end to end to a new piece of fuel line and poked it into the frame from the back side while an assistant was watching for it on the other side, grabbed it with a pair of pliers and then pulled it though.     I have taken a bottle jack, with a (2) 2 by 4's (one on back seat wire frame) (another one on front seat), use the jack to push frame & then pull up
