No problem. I don't think the OP is around anyway... I was looking for the two rear pillar lower trim pieces. The long chrome side pieces at the base corner of the rear window. If you have them, or have access to them, I'd be interested if they're not total trash.

Aftermarket Volt, Oil, and Temp gauges in 68 Newport?

I bought a Bosch voltmeter and converted my ammeter over. You can't tell. It all depends on your skill and comfort level. I prefer things looking stock if I can, but then again, I also put in a proper electric oil and temp gauge down by the gas pedal. Both are analogue. I do agree with...

What matches with interior Dull Silver? 65 Ply SF center console

Let the masking....begin. 2 hours later, only 4 of the "louvers" are taped. Obviously this will be a long process. Then I have to somehow rough out the chrome for paint. One step at a time.

What matches with interior Dull Silver? 65 Ply SF center console

Do you have any other chrome for a 65 Sport Fury?

What matches with interior Dull Silver? 65 Ply SF center console

Thanks Fellas... I'll look for those. I like the quality of the Mopar paints... they go on smooth and harden nicely. I'm OK with the price only because I know I can't find this piece for less than what it's costing me to restore it. How about the black? I heard using gloss black nail polish...

What matches with interior Dull Silver? 65 Ply SF center console

Hi. I recently was given the black striped center console plate for a 65 Fury/Polara. I had it replated and polished where it needed it. Looks great compared to what I was given. Now... painting it. What rattle can color closely matches the Dull Gray Silver that covers the majority of the...

I need a piece of pot metal re-chromed. Recommendations?

Sucks that it is, because it is a nice piece. But as he said, the price skyrocketed in the past to year because of restrictions on the chems and metals used.

I need a piece of pot metal re-chromed. Recommendations?

Don's a good guy. He did a lot of work on my '66 Box Nova Longroof about 10 years ago. But I'm pretty sure he send all chroming out. I'll stop by there and ask... I actually grew up in North "Swindlehurst"... Lol.

I need a piece of pot metal re-chromed. Recommendations?

I was fortunate enough to have met an 'old-timer' recently at a car meet that really liked my 65 Sport Fury. He asked me a slew of questions about it, I think testing my knowledge as they love to do. LOL! He was a true Mopar Guy. When he looked in my car, he saw that I had the all wood...

Thanks for posting this. You did a great job. I'd like to know what products for the polishing compound s you used. I'd like to do mine as well, they look about the same as yours did. Thanks!

I'd like to see aftermarket radio installations

I agree with you. If you don't HAVE to cut or mess with the original set up... Don't. You'll be happier down the road

I'd like to see aftermarket radio installations

My suggestion... keep the original radio. Nothing worse than seeing a beautiful all original interior... with a new modern radio. I am biased so this list is biased. I love the look of original interiors... Option 1: Mount the new radio under the seat with a remote control, or like the...
