I believe the same pump was used from 1960 through the '90s. For my '70 I got a pump out of a '95 Sebring. It works great. About the only difference was the plug for the reservoir.
To distinguish it from the B-29, this was the Super Fortress, not Superfortress. My dad's favorite plane and engine! I have a picture of him standing in front of the B-50 at the Castle Museum in Atwater, California.
You an go with rubber hoses and clamps; I did for several years. But, I finally bit the bullet and had them done right by a transmission shop. I recommend you do the same.
