my '75 new yorker ther is a little thumb screw at the bottom of the dash to the left of the steering column twist it and the fuse box folds down on a hinge so you can get to the fuses easier

it's okay we still enjoy looking at all c bodies

I have also figured out that someone before me had removed the vinyl top and the chrome around the bottom of it but that is okay I will be repainting her in B5 blue and I will paint the top white to make it look like it did when it had the white vinyl top
