Spark plug questions and spark wires.

As to spark plugs and wires, they all got mixed up in the 60s and later, when the cars were new. Stock coils were abt 30KV, as I recall. Many ign parts vendors want you to use THEIR coils, which are generally hotter, up to 50KV, BUT also consider that the coil will not produce that amount of...

Spark plug questions and spark wires.

Second recommendation! Eight to go! I like using Champion RJ12YC plugs and Moroso spiral core wires. If you don't want resister plugs - J12YC. DODGE Moroso 72656 Moroso Blue Max Spiral Core Custom-Fit Wire Sets | Summit Racing I have run those wires and resister plugs for about 25 years on my...

He means that the centres you had replated are available new (through the reproduction parts industry). It's a moot point now, since you've had those parts replated.

How to get small items rechromed?

Thanks for that information, has any one had any experience with Cosmichrome? Watched some videos on it, looks like pretty good for chrome stuff inside the car. I think they have an outlet here in British Columbia. CamShaft

    68 Fury Cigarette lighter

I can take a picture of my 68 Polara lighter. In a few hours. Should be the same. I can check the Part number to see if all 68’s were the same or if there were any brand specific details.

This seller gives you files in all the scales. 1/43 -1/8. 1/8 would be pretty freaking big. Some don't but they can sometimes be scaled when you set it up. Here's a screen shot of the zip files.

69 Jefferson plant built Chrysler tag info please.

The Jefferson plant did have their own coding protocols as to what was, and how it was, coded on the tag compared to other plants. The car in question was a 69 Chrysler from the Jefferson plant. Deleting rear bumper guards might be considered an action that could fall under general tag coding...
