NOT MINE 1971 Chrysler Newport Royal sedan (yellow, 360, rough)

Could this Newport advertised on FB in Decatur, AL actually be Y1 yellow? I think that I see evidence of respray on a darker color, but one can always dream. I don't see the fender tag, only the VIN tag for CE41K1C275103

72 New Yorker with cassette player

Thank you for posting! Due to the FCBO down-sampling, which makes it almost impossible to read, I am not seeing much. One way around the issue would be to crop the photo on your own phone/computer (focusing on the sheet and cropping out the table), and repost.

    Imperial Rotors

Any further progress on this rotor thread? @Boydsdodge @The_Eagles’_Nest Reading through this seems like the only solution is to use Buick wheels, standard '73 Buick wheels which would've had wheelcovers would work, correct? Also, which year/model Buick are we talking about specifically?

Agreed. I am aware of the photo, which I think was uploaded (taken?) in 2010 according to this page: Bestand:Plymouth Fury III 383.jpg - Wikipedia Looking at the cars in the background and the carefully blanked-out plate, I would say that this 1970 Fury iii 'vert was in Europe at the time. The...

Interesting Mauve type of color on that, it looks really nice. Any information on it by the way? I’m sure @ayilar would like to know to put it in his last of the convertibles thread.

    manual steering help!!!

California Highway Patrol used manual steering on the mighty 69 Polara. Made it a work out to parallel park, but was more stable at 90+ mph!! So lubing everything properly and dialing in the chamber and caster can really help!

    Trailer/tow hitch

Used to be U-Hual would install hitches and wiring. But I'm dating myself. Custom is probably best. Go to a trailer fabricating house if you can't build your own. They will set you up!

    Wagon headliner source?

I have a '64...and the fiberboard panels are reproduced by REM. I ordered mine directly from them a few years ago.
