Different than in 69, the end caps go on first come off last, no butterfly clips ( the stud would cut into the top). Alan

think the white classic ones were the smaller ones for the A body...not wide enough...Quirey Quality designs in Pa has them listed in their Gary Goers catalog (pdf page 24) but idk if they actually have them in stock

On my 65 and once I got the end caps removed which were held on with a screw, I was able to slide the mouldings one way, butterfly clips underneath, and then the other repeatedly until they were removed. Worked for me and put them back on the same way. Kinda like a little puzzle.

Definitely a Chrysler, not Imperial.
