    Brake system overhaul - '71

While I'm still waiting for the MC to be returned (!), I'm going through the rear brakes.... An all too familiar sight: These are the original wheel cylinders. With likely original internals.... And boots.... Cleaned and painted: Surprisingly, the bores were clean and mostly...

NOT MINE Blue 1971 Plymouth Fury, Three On The Tree!

It's amazing how much dressier the car looks with just body coloured wheels and whitewalls! Such a big impact for such a small change. I certainly agree to keep it original, as that's my jam, but I can see why some may have been annoyed if they didn't order wheel covers and ended up with black...

    Carlisle 2025

My desire is to be there Thursday about 4pm. Whether that will happen or not is going to be determined by when my two older kids get home from another trip. We will be camping again. Plymouth 383ci Big Block question

Intake on a big block Mopar doesn't have coolant running through it. The small block does.

    Plymouth 383ci Big Block question

I had another thought to run by you all. Due to the snow I haven't had a chance to check. Could it be as simple as an intake gasket failure? Could that allow coolant to creep into an intake port and or pushrod/valley area and then down into the oil pan? (Just thinking out loud)
