First off I don’t know anything about this seller. The pics look like he knows what he’s doing. IMO 8k is a bit on the steep side for a basic 440 with cast pistons with stock heads and basic rebuild. I myself would charge around 4,500 for that build. Just my $.02

The fast top body cars use the sealer kit. The 2 door hardtop uses a gasket. Try Steele Rubber and Clesters for the rear window gasket.
