    Does anyone make a correct fire wall insulation for a 1962. I ordered one from Collectors Auto supply that says it is but it's not even close. The fire wall, kick panels, towel insulation, none of it fits the car.

    Anyone found a replacement for the felt insert that the glass rides in on the vent window division bar. For a 1962 Crown 4 Door. I have a picture of the original and one I just got that I thought would work. It is way too tight for the glass to fit in it.

    62 Wing Window Seals

    Door seals are all junk. Vent windows are not terrible but they are never going to seal great, some cracks in them. Might have to try and recondition them and glue the cracks.

    Want to send my dash in to Just Dashes. Any tips and tricks on how to get it out? I started on it and by the looks of it, it all comes out in one pieces, upper and lower. I was expecting the upper dash to be seperate.

    I think 61-63 had the same gauge cluster. Can anyone tell me if they are exactly the same? I have two and I though one was just faded out but when I compare them one seems to be painted more of a gray and the other is black. The one that is black the water temp is gray faded looking.

    This is the Imperial forum so I just thought it was a given, but yes I have a 1962 Imperial Crown 4 Door. Would be interesting to see how close the 880 would be though, couldn't be that lucky that it would fit.

    I have a 62. I know the hump is smaller in the 62 then the 61 do to the transmission change. Problem is that you can't find molded carpet for a 62, only the 61. 62's are all sewn. So has anyone ever attempted to put 61 carpet in a 62 and can say how it fits?
