The bushings are captured. Definitely needs to be fixed, but you can drive with a clunky worn out bushing for a little while.

I was wondering about that. Why a 160? I do notice that with the 160 thermostat, when the engine was cold, it sounds great. Once it heated up and in gear under load i hear a rattle. Not a mechanic so I'm not sure if its lifters or valves.
