    Disc brake one more time

When I was hunting for rotors on Rockauto I did see that and note the diameter of the hole was almost the same size as the Durago BR5560 rotor that I got and ended up having machined, resulting in the total cost blowing out to even more than if I had just bought the Centric rotors straight from...

    1968 Polara Steering Gearbox

You might have bought it from RockAuto, but whose name was on the box it came in? Part number on the box? Not the "outer box" the main box was packaged in, but the box the item actually came out of?

    Disc brake one more time

That centric/fvp 12162025 rotor isn't a direct-fit, at least on paper. The 11.16" dia give a bit of a chance that it will fit inside a 14" rim, but the 2.201" overall height puts the caliper outboard toward the rim. (15" wheel should be no problem?) It doesn't specify what the 2nd bolt pattern...

    What 4bbl carb for 1968 318 fury?

The Carter AFBs used on the 1965-1967 273 engines were rated at 500 CFM, although some sources list it at 450-470CFM as measured. Following is some information on these AFBs including the carburetors numbers: Year Transmission Number Throttle, Primary Throttle, Secondary Note 1967...

    Factory 4-Speed-C-Body-Photo-Thread

I bet I could call them and ask about how negotiable they are on price and get 15k knocked off. I can't imagine the phone is ringing much on this one, folks with that kinda money are looking at other cars.

Presumably hte AAJ uses the stock hub/bearings/seal, after you remove the drum from it? Do you know if it will fit behind a 14" wheel? If so, that $300 is a great option.

    Bastardized 1959 "Coronet" build

Alignment from door to 1/4 panel issue solved. Even though I made the metal bracket the same thickness as the mockup wood spacer, I increased the length effectively pushing the door skin out. Pulled it apart, cut the bracket now all is well... PIA to pull it apart, but glad I know the fix.
