    Welcome, collector brose

Thank you, I'm glad to be here, as I'm a new owner (and 1st time owner) of a '71 Imperial LeBaron 4dr. I've been looking for a '69 - '71 for awhile, and finally found one in decent condition for an affordable price, and was within a days drive from me.

1966 Polara 880: The Build So Far, or "Bring Money".

Nobody said this was going to be easy... It would appear as though rust has fused the frame and the body together on the driver's side. Those rear bolts aren't going to budge easily. I seen the car at Moparfest a few times. Really nice car. Road wheels should go back on if it were mine. Lol

60 years for the Pace Car! Let’s see um!

Mine is slightly off-topic, but it's a pace car! !963, and still a reliable car to drive. I would love to take it on the Indy oval in a parade of years and years of pace car survivors! How do we get that done? :)

69 Chrysler 300 Rear Housing Removal

Little late, but just asked by an 73 Imperial owner how to remove heater core. David, would this be the procedure I should share with him? I have send him photos from my service manual, but anything I can add will help.

    Carpet Pad

In our then-new '69 Chevy pickup truck, under the bare carpet were some patches of a tar-like sticky material covered with a thin layer of white plastic fluffy material, two separate items, but worked together. The white item similar to what is between a brake backing plate and the rear axle...
