New Alternator, right part#, wrong part

The AC system was a complete mess so I removed it so really didn't need the dual pulley. Of course, I didn't keep the original, regrets... I may have to blow real money and buy an actual new one.

I need help with info about VIN/ ID / model of my 1968 Chrysler 300

My English seems to be a bit **** :) What do you mean by „vin tag on the dash doesn’t match anything on the car”? Do you mean my vin on my car doesn’t match what the car really is?

Is the ‘Certicard’ in the engine bay common?

My '67 Imperial had one in the underhood location, was originally a California car. My 68 '300, '68 Charger, and '68 Fury didn't have them, I also didn't know they originally were in the glovebox on '68's though. None of them had glovebox liners!

    Found this beauty

I need help with info about VIN/ ID / model of my 1968 Chrysler 300

In '68, the only places where you have both VIN and Shipping order number is on the car itself, the window sticker, the build sheet, and maybe some original paperwork when the car was purchased. The VIN tag on the dash doesn't match anything on the car, except some (most) high performance...
