The block off plate was used in the 66 Chargers with a tree- on-da- tree. Didn't know there would be other lines that would have used it.

W6 is made for canadian consumption. I'd assume it was built in Windsor, and should have the made in Canada tag in the door jamb. I'd also " assume" it's a 500 with the console.
